About these terms
These Terms govern purchases from and use of BetterWithClara, operated by TRAFINITY LTD. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referenced at checkout.
Digital products
Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, BetterWithClara products are digital products. No physical item is shipped.
Orders and payment
Prices and accepted payment methods are shown through the Shopify checkout. An order is subject to successful payment and acceptance.
Delivery
Digital files are intended to be made available electronically after successful purchase using the store’s digital-delivery system. If a customer cannot access a purchased file, they should contact customer support.
Personal-use licence
Unless a product states otherwise, purchased files are licensed to the buyer for personal use only. Customers may print copies for their own personal use. They may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload for public access, or commercially exploit the files.
Intellectual property
The BetterWithClara brand and original product content, design and materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s) and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Product information
We aim to describe digital products accurately. Screen colours, printer settings, paper, software and device differences can affect appearance. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that consumers have when digital content is faulty or not as described.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation rights are described in the Refund Policy. Any policy is subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use purchased materials in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, BetterWithClara and TRAFINITY LTD are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from uses of the product outside its stated purpose.
Self-help information
BetterWithClara materials are designed for general educational, reflective and self-help purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for professional assessment or treatment where needed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights a customer has under the law that applies to them.
